Week 2 Logistics

Hello Hornet Band Family,

Each week we will re-post Mr. Certo’s Logistics email…so here goes for week 2!

 

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 21st – HOME Football and US BANDS COMPETITION at SENECA HIGH SCHOOL

12:00 PM – Student reporting time
12:30 PM – Pit/props to the field
12:45 PM – Students change into Uniform. (Make certain you have your orange shirt, full uniform and black socks)
1:00 PM – March to the field
2:00 PM – Star Spangled Banner/Game start
3:30 PM – Load the Truck with props and pit equipment (instruments to be loaded after the game)
4:30 PM – Depart for Seneca High School (110 Carranza Rd. Tabernacle NJ 08088)
7:15 PM – Performance Time
8:30 PM – Awards
10:00 PM (approx) – Return to west (School will be CLOSED) – TRUCKS MUST BE UNLOADED

Next Band Parents’ Meeting

Our next Band Parents’ meeting is Monday, October 7, 2019 in Room 16 of the new science wing. (Enter through main school doors across from the football field, turn right, 1st classroom on right, down the hallway). E-board meeting starts at 6:00 PM and the General Meeting starts at 7:00 PM.
